• Fulfilling our legal obligations arising from regulations, fulfilling our other legal obligations towards authorized and competent public institutions and organizations,

2. Transfer of Your Personal Data
   Your personal data may be transferred in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation and the obligations arising from this legislation, as well as for the purposes that need to be carried out within the framework of the "Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data" mentioned above, in compliance with the personal data processing conditions stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK and the personal data transfer rules specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.    Under the KVKK and the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, WUNDER processes your personal data such as your name, surname, phone number, and email address for marketing activities, campaigns, advertisements, launches, surveys, sweepstakes, discounts, promotions, special opportunities, invitations, events, and communications, if you provide your consent. In this context, SMS, phone calls, and emails may be sent to you regarding these matters. For this to be carried out, your personal data will be shared with service providers under necessary security measures for SMS, calls, and email communications.    In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you can exercise your rights by applying to our company. These rights include:
